Grenada's health care system is under serious pressure due to the spike in Covid-19 cases.  The island is in urgent need of healthcare professionals.

According to the Office of Diaspora Affairs, as of September 14, 75 percent of Grenada's hospital workers were isolation, while 24 percent of community healthcare workers had been exposed to coronavirus. 

Healthcare Volunteers


Given the urgent gap in service provision, Grenada desperately needs healthcare professionals to come to the island to fill the need.


The Diaspora Affairs Unit and Ministry of Health are requesting help on the ground from the following professionals:

  • Doctors

  • Nurses

  • Mental health care professionals
